SUP techniquesup technique analysis

We are holding a weekly SUP technique training & workout with Team 206. The sessions are “as needed” and “wind dependent” if there’s wind, no workout, downwind run/race hosted by Downwind Gladiators.

Your first session will include a majority of the effort and video recording, as you improve the program will adapt to your needs and focus on areas that will benefit you the most.
Here’s a basic idea of what the first session will be like:

  • Pre Practice Video Recording
  • 1-2 hour training that will include drills and work outs
  • Post Practice Video Recording
  • A password protected website page containing  the videos, images, diagrams and personal coaching advice to improve your technique will go up a few days after the session
